Question Spring Fever

I am sick of the snow! Can anyone recommend a hike in either the southern Adirondacks or Catskills where i can have a solid 2 night backpacking trip with limited snow.

Iv never hiked in the Catskills, I would imagine they dont have much snow now. I just dont know of any places to get a fairly remote trip there.

If anyone knows how much snow there is in the southern Adirondacks I have some places in mind to go.
