Thanks all!
If there was any drawback to the weekend...the stable flies (ankle biters) were pretty bad! Convertible pants would've been ideal, and I was wishing that I had packed mine.

Same thing for us on Saturday ... no bugs when out on the water but those ankle biters were awful while I was putting the boats back on the car!!

Thanks. Yup, that was me. I was shooting for site 18 but saw that it was occupied. I then paddled dead across the width of the lake to site 11 which is nice, but way too many signs for my liking haha.

Yeah they were extremely annoying in the canoe, for me & Jenny!
I should've recorded her having her fits in the canoe, but I already had over 160 clips, which is still way too many for me to go through! I tried covering her up with a blanket, but she just kept battling them & moving around so much that it was a lost cause.

Indeed beautiful clear skies Fri-Sun morning, but unfortunately I forgot to clear the card in my Nikon camera, so I was unable to take any photos, hence why I didn't include any in the Trip Report.

I'll shoot you a pm with my email address if you want I'll post your photo for you...

Thanks, Justin. Sent it to ya. I reduced the file size, maybe that was the issue.
