Those areas all sound good. I've hiked to Spruce Lake before and loved it, but have since switched from driving a pickup to a car, so my choices are a little more limited at the moment. I also thought about going to Moose Mountain Pond, since I'll now have more time for driving than I thought. I noticed you posted a trip report from there recently, is the access okay there for a car to the trailhead?
