We did it in six days but seven probably would have been better to help with acclimating. We went in late December. I'm not sure summer would be the ideal time to go.

I did the northern half when it first opened back...

I did the northern half when it first opened back in 2003 (?). I was not impressed. Too much road and snowmobile walking to try and connect nice destinations that could be better accessed by car....
