The carbon/kevlar sleeves add a very nice accent to the build.
Do you use an actual tractor seat for the seat mold?

The "business" (waterline) side of the hull looks to be perfect. The gunnels are tough on the kite. Maybe a strip of wood clamped to the gunnels could help or might cause more problems with...

How long did you let the carbon cure before releasing from the plug? (~48 hrs? a day for carbon and a day for glass)
