Head, you may want to have it done professionally. I have an extended warranty on my Olympus that gets me free cleanings once a year.

Other than that I would recommend a soft lens brush/air blower...

mtbnski, my first ADK high peak was Marcy as well, one week after Sept 11th, 2001. We did an overnight, my first overnight as well.
