I don't recall any at Flowed Lands. Pretty steep terrain behind the LT, but one of the prettiest spots in the HP.

No clue on the others.

Yes on refurbished. New paint, new treads on stairs, one footing rebuilt. No chicken wire under railings from midway up, which is a little scary. Cabin is till locked up tight.

Not sure about the trails questions, and water levels are really low, so Vly Lake may take some walking. Worht the trip- it is a very pretty spot.

Another nice paddle is Fawn Lake, up Rt. 8 off...
