It's part of the Raquette River chain and it's possible for a walleye to make it up over Buttermilk Falls

I was referring to the overcrowding of trails and peaks, not parking on a busy highway.

The thermocline should be at about the 30 ft. depth.
Landlocks will use the entire water column, but are usually at or just below the thermocline....
