Did Cascade on this Sat. the 18. It was my first winter hike. Lots of people on the trail. Had to be at least 6 or more other groups of hikers. Lots of snow but no views. The top was cloudy and very windy. Was going to do porter also but since it was so cloudy choose to skip it. Will have to go back in the fall next year. Those are some great shots! Seeing all that snow is giving me the "itch". The pictures from the summit look really ominous and spooky, being such a dark background with the white snowy foreground. Like something from a disaster movie
