Indian Pass or Cliff (WR) conditions

We are considering doing Marshall this Fri 2/4/05 in thru Herbert Brk and out via Cold Brook Pass to Indian Pass. Does anyone know the trail conditions and if the trails are broken on the West side of the MacIntyre range. The plan is to go from UW but could be amended to go from the Loj if the trail there is broken. Another possibility is the winter route to Cliff. If anyone has been or knows someone who has been to either recently please let me know. Thanks
