Put Ice Climbing 07-08 Season Stuff Here

Anyone getting out yet? I haven't, but looking northward I see snow-covered slides and high mountaintops. I suspect the north-facing gullies are 'doable'.
I'm thinking we can keep all the ice-climbing 07-08 posts under here so we're not looking back in old topics and we'll know next season that these are obsolete...
Any way to start a sub-topic in these?

I went out to the Waterfall Wall today, it is not yet in. There are several thin, tenuous drools but not enough to climb yet down here. The fallen tree at the top of the Waterfall Wall's first pitch is going to make things interesting this year!

        Waterfall Wall is IN!

I wandered out to Crane's Waterfall Wall today and it was IN. A bit thin in spots and the tree at the top of the first pitch makes an interesting obstruction, but it was a fun way to begin my ice season foray.
So let me know folks, when you would like to play on easy ice. The hike in is a LOT easier right now than last February!

Any day next week. You name it.

Any possibility of the gunks on the 15th? I may be headed down.

I was up on Cascade Falls (the cascade) and there was enough ice to plant long screws on the important vertical spots. Most ice in the Cascade Pass area is good to go including the Quarry. Saw groups up on Chapel Pond Slabs and the upper pitches look thick.

Things are looking good but a bit wet since the warm snap. I was able to get out on a nice WI4 yesterday in good shape (elevation 2000+ feet)

-19 at my house this am. The canyon should be quite fat I would think.

Yeah, it was cold this morning! I didn't get up early...I saw -14 at 8am. I haven't been to the Waterfall Wall since the snowfall, so I'll have to break trail. Wanna help?
