Low water in the Marion river?

We want to canoe from Raquette to Blue? Any info on water levels would be appreciated...

Blue mountain outfitters should have that information. I did a quick search and could not find a phone number for them.

    You might also try gopaddle.com

Once a year, go some where you've never been before.

I've done this trip several times, but not recently. The Marion is not really a river but an inlet of Raquette Lake and its level is largely controlled by the lake level. You just paddle up till, uh, you can't paddle any more, and you've reached the carry at a rock/sand bar. You'll see the path up to the left going over to the old dock on Utowana Lake. With the recent rainy weather you should have no problem, that is, except for the wicked winds on the open parts of Raquette Lake.

        It's a nice trip.
