While my small stream brookies don't compare with many of the lake/pond brookies I see regularly posted on this forum, I've been pulling some biggins out of one location in particular. Caught this beauty today, and the 3rd pic of my son catching an 18 incher last year gives you an idea of how small/shallow this stream is (his reaction is priceless). Was a good day!

NHtroutster, anything over a 10-12” native stream brookie is a trophy in my books so those are absolute hogs! Beautiful wild or native fish! I’d be smiling way more than that .
