I trust that you are all sleeping now...

In a mere matter of moments, Daisy and I are going out for yet another RIP!

Don't Worry. There's plenty of new things in the war chest.

We hope that everyone is doing swell...

Nice pics Sero...I think of you often as I sit at the tying bench. We all can count on you to do the winter fly fishing...keep the pics coming....with this kind of weather maybe, just maybe I'll get out there too!

I didn't even know taht trout would go for flies in the winter! But that's because I've never fly fished! (worms and lures only)

Hope you and Daisy had a great time on the stream.

The first picture is a good run, most of my fish have come out of there. I hit it back in December one afternoon but only managed a half hearted hit just downstream from there in that little side pool before everything funnels into the fast run. Glad to see that yer gettin some action. For better or worse, I'm probably going to stick with icefishing in the near future until I get bored, frequently skunked or both.

              Sero,
I can`t seem to say it enough, you know how to get our blood running through our veins ....just like Nessmuk said, I also, will have you pop into my mind sometimes on the ice or doing some shoveling of snow or something, and I`d say to myself,"Geez, if I know Sero, hes probably out after those big browns somehere today...

You truly are one of a kind and its a great pleasure that we have you jump in this boards waters once in awhile....and hows that Daisy Girl doing!...she seems to have quite the balance....its either acquire good balance or grow thicker fur and skin....you`ve got quite the fishin` buddy!!Love how she looks at those browns...looks to me that shes actually communicating with them somehow...whattya think?

Thanks for waking us up and exercising those winter bismarcks and of course your arms....they`re putting quite the ol` arc in that rod!!!

Keep us going with more flicks!!!Stay warm

Inherent or abhorrent? I'm the latter... Yep, definitely the latter... 'Specially when my nose is thoroughly rubbed in the salt of a big brown feeshee picture.

Sero, whatever you do, my man, don't stop. Just don't stop. We all live vicariously through the adventures of you and Daisy, "Guide Dog Extraordinaire."

Sero- too much abstraction leads to distraction; you would do well to concentrate on the fish at hand.

                  IMHO

                  Nice fish, btw

                  Also, IMHO

You're a man of few words... but I hear ya, ph.

Now these damn internet boards, though...
                    Let's face it.
                    Typing is NOT fishing.

PS to ph> I recently ran across something pretty cool from 1932.
It made me think of you.
I'll dig it up and send it to you...

and PPS> fishing was slow today. Too much snow melt. 32-degree catatonic fish. Shoulda went collecting nymphs instead.
                    Almost got skunked.
Speaking of Skunks; GBS just drove by me an hour ago. He's got Steelhead on his pate. He's got it in a bad way.
I might havta put my helmet on and go join him. He's probably in some funky bar in Pulaski by now.

Either way, I'm Pretty sure Daisy won't say a word...
She's already warming up the truck.

Thanks for thinking about all of us whilst we are all bored at work or some other boring thing, or fishing on hard water... Seems like soft water is better fer ya', don't ya' think? Maybe we are wasting our time on top of the frozen water, instead of being - in - the frozen water like you and Daisy.

Good to hear you are still out there plying the water with your ole' gal Daisy.
