    Tirell Pond

    has anyone had any experience/luck fishing on Tirell pond? i'm heading there for an overnighter and know that there is a boat at the pond and wanted to do some fishing. if anyone has any info i'd love to hear it. also if anyone has any suggestions on setups they're also welcome. thanx

    Scenery = excellent, Fishing = Good. You shouldn't have trouble finding boats, the seaplane charters have them stashed around on the north end.

      Tirrell Pond is one of my favorite places on earth - the scenery is good - some times it does get crowded with the planes dropping out of the sky and the hikers - but the fishing is good - not too much bear traffic and its a relatively easy walk in - try the old cove where the village used to be - the fishing is usually good there - until the loons come in for lunch and the fish scatter...
