What is the best technique for taking trout from ponds in the summer?I heard trolling was good.

From my understanding, trout lie on the bottom of the pond in the middle of summer, unless of course you are trolling very early in the am, late evening, or preferrably at night. Water temps and air temps too high in the summer for trout. They like it cool.
