There is a huge tree across the trail between the Lean-to and the Hamilton Lake Stream Bridge. Someone has trimmed some branches so it is passable.
The main problem would be if someone were hiking from Piseco to Whitehouse and were unfamilar with the trail they might not realize the trail is on the other side of the tree.
The loacation of the tree is right acros the beginning of the twin split log bridge section that crosses the bog.
