Nope, not unless it's the same guy I met when I thru hiked the NPT that went by the name “Too Tall.”

Okay, I'm pretty sure I haven't hiked that stretch yet. The lower portions, and the section of the NPT near Blue Mountain Lake are on my "to do" list (that grows longer by the second lol).

I've grown to liking the southern sections of the NPT more than the northern. I especially enjoy the jaunt through the cedars!

Tall Tom

Picked up Tall Tom at the Trailhead Lodge in Upper Benson on October 9th, and returned him safety to his vehicle in Lake Placid. He was going to spend two days in Placid and then head home.

That's good news! Did he have anything to say about his foot? It was in pretty rough shape when we ran into him at Mud Lake
