    Calamity Brook Trail in Sept.

    So before I ask, I realize the region could be buried in rain at any point in time. Typically, when is this trail at it's driest? I say this tongue in cheek as I personally have not had the pleasure of this bad boy being dry, but hope springs eternal. I am planning on backpacking in around Sept. 20th.

      In general, I've had the best luck w dry-ish trails in September/October, provided we don't get the remnants of a hurricane or tropical storm coming through.

      Sept 20th is as safe a bet as any.
