Haven't been up to the Adks in about a month. Is there enough snow around Wells for some skiing? How about the carriage road to Camp Santinoni? Any info would be appreciated.

I was in Newcomb yesterday at the VIC. It snowed on and off in the morning and there was about 4 inches of fresh fluff on the ground. Any snow on the road was gone by noon. I'm guessing the road up to Santanoni would be poor to fair at best.
That Blue Ridge Rd sure has some good frost heave. A real roller-coaster ride.
