    Multiplying Crazed Peakbaggers

    I found this today when trying to find if my son's name has some dictionary meaning.

    Are people crazed peakbaggers or what!

      Personally I like the name Colden for a child. Had I of had children born after I began, being a climber, (hate that word Peakbagger) I know I would had named them after a Mountain.

      That would had been tough. I had two girls. I sure would not of pinned Marcy or Esther for their name, so I would of had difficult choices. But sure they would of been named Grace.
      I know of a man who's son is named Phelps. I like that too, for a boy.

          Better than a SSN or grunting noise.

          Colden is cool, I also like Giant. Give that child a exagerrated sense of self worth from day one.

                  whats in a name anyways???

                  If and when I have kids these will be their appointed names:

                  Little baby girl= Nippletop -or- Couchsachraga,
                  school nicknames= nips, little couchie

                  Little baby boy= Panther -or- Sawteeth
                  nicknames= to be determined

                  All joking aside I would strongly consider certain names from the long list of all ADK peaks. Some are sure to develop a strong character. Others, well....

                    I gotta tell you Percious-I might have to steal your son's name. Hope you don't mind! I saw it a while back on your website and thought it was great! I already have two kids and that's plenty for me. Of course my wife has other plans. If she gets her way I told her I have complete control of naming rights. Of course I'll need your permission before I use it.
