    That Missing Aerial Photo

A month ago, I try to post an aerial photo. Now that I've figured it out, can anyone identify this stream? It is NW of Long Lake. I took it while cruising in Helms Aero-Service. Just cannot seem to place it from my "Adirondack Park Explorer 3D" DVD. Any guesses?

I'm not convinced. I thought it might be Bog Stream, as we were on the south side of it. ???

have you ever visited this site?

I looked at Bog Stream, it looks too straight to me, the MC seems to match the photo fairly well.
You don't say in what direction the photo was taken. From the posted photo, I can't make out the direction of the shadows, either...
In any case, take a look at that site above, it has the best resolution of any aerial or satellite source that I've found. I have the MC right at the link.

You are probably correct. We were flying from Long Lake to Lows Lake (west) with the stream to the north of us. That website is very cool - never saw it before. I just have the National Geographic DVD. Thanks.
