I'm most interested in the Saranac chain of lakes but generally what are your predictions for ice out?? i'm guessing third week in April...hopefully!!!

I tried a similar thread a few weeks ago. Same results. This thread started recently, so I've been following that. Are you going to be up that way the third week? Me and a group of five others are holding our collective breath for 4/21 - 4/26.

Saranac Ice
Although media reports today an icefisherman drowned on Middle Saranac last wkend, they should be ice free by mid-month.I've managed to paddle Low's Lake 3rd week of April last 4 yrs & it's 200 ft higher elev.
