ADK and Midwest EPA

I was just wondering what everyone thought about the recent letter the ADK sent out on their attempt to sue energy producers of the midwest over acid rain issues. I am deciding how much I would want to contribute to their effort. I would love to see fish swimming in Lake Colden. That would be a trip.
