Catering?

Hello all,
Does anyone have any information or reviews for 'Adirondack Artisan Catering" (www.adirondackcatering.com)?
I am looking for someone/some company to cater a dinner party of 7-8 people in the month of December in the vacinity of Paul Smiths / Saranac Lake. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?

I just attended a wedding held outdoors near Franklin Falls. It was catered by Lake View Deli in Saranac Lake. Food and service were outstanding. Here is their web address. http://lakeviewdeli.com/

@Hookman I will double-up your recommendation of Lake View Deli in SLK, their food is most yummy. The only thing I can not understand or stomach is their italian salad dressing on their italian hoagies.
