Bear Encounter Story

Actually I've had several POSITIVE encounters with bears, which i informed the reporter about, but evidently she wasn't interested in anything positive.
There may be an agenda at play here, since it appears she isn't interested in "balance".
And of course, "bears are the bad guys". There no mention of why the bears in that area are aggressive towards humans.
Just as another note, the story is related by a member of this forum...."If future generations are to remember us with gratitude rather than contempt, we must leave them more than the miracles of technology. We must leave them a glimpse of the world as it was in the beginning, not just after we got through with it." Lyndon B. Johnson -
Keep an eye on the editorial page for the next week. There will be a letter related to this article published."If future generations are to remember us with gratitude rather than contempt, we must leave them more than the miracles of technology. Not to worry, Little Rickie. I always address Redhawk as either "William" (out of deep respect), Willie (in deference to his kindler, gentler side), or simply "My Boy Bill!"(allowing his love for musicals to shine through). Personally, I think "Billie" is too informal for a man befitting his stature. Of course, in turn, and also out of mutual respect, William has chosen to address me alternately either as "Dickie Hiney," "Hinebone," or sometimes simply...Originally posted by Little RickieI sorry your mad.
