    a couple fisher pic's.

thought i would add a few fisher pic's for all to see. i'll try to post the most viewer friendly ones! the first is a large male i caught a couple yers ago by a big rock ledge in Rockwood. was using beaver scraps for bait. the secound pic is of another large male that i gave to my friend who had it mounted with a couple turkey poults that a car had hit while he was on his way to work. he doubled checked with EnCon to make sure it was legal to use the chicks. The taxidermist did a fantastic job!

longbows, flintlocks, trapping, and fly rods, its not just what i do its who i am!!

not all those who wander are lost!

Don't know how they could be mistaken for a wolverine.

        Great pictures!!!!
I Had one creep up on me one winter about 10 years ago as I sat at the Junction of Wright and Algonquin taking a break, sitting on my pack, facing the Wright Trailhead as I ate. Don't know what made me turn around, but there he was out on a tree limb about 10-12 feet of the ground and about 40-50 feet from me watching me. I jumped and yelled at it (it looked a lot bigger at the time) and it turned and headed back off the branch and disappeared, but I am sure that dam thing was stalking me and thinking 'bout taking me down!!!
