    Adirondack audio CDs

    Hello everyone,

I am taking a long train ride across the country this spring and am looking to find some audio CDs containing stories on Adirondack history, fishing tales, etc.

In fact, I would settle for any CD on fishing tales or fly fishing adventures.

Any ideas on where I can find something like that? I wasn't able to locate anything through the big-box retailers.

    Thanks.

    - Old Forge Hardware Store in Old Forge
    - Hoss's Country Corner in Long Lake
    - Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake (the museum itself does not open until late May but there's a store in Lake Placid)
    - North Country Books in Utica (a publisher of Adirondack books with a huge store full of outdoor books and many Adirondack CD selections, but only open limited hours)

Since you have a Utica connection, NCB may be your best option if you can get there during weekday hours.
