Nope no image.
What are you trying to attach? Are you trying to upload it to the server as an attachment (in which case there are limitations on file and physical size), or are you trying to link to a picture that is on another server?
Can't help you unless we know what you are trying to do.

The link you posted points to the page (http://www.adkforum.com/photos/v/kay...80001.JPG.html) not the photo (http://www.adkforum.com/photos/d/768...08+0180001.JPG)
To get the link to point to the photo, bring the photo up on the page you are getting it from, right click on the photo, select properties and copy the Address (URL) and past it in the pop up window for inserting an image.

I haven't messed with the ADK Forum album...but I'd recommend either flickr or photobucket (or I suppose picasa or smugmug) just for overall ease of use, and portability of your photos.
Anyway, with say Flickr or Photobucket, AND the flock web browser (firefox based, uses most firefox plugins, etc) you can just drag and drop.
Not only that but it keeps track of RSS feeds (which this site doesn't have that I can tell because flock puts an orange RSS feed symbol in corner if it does).
So anyway, Flock has a media bar up top, and in the custom options you select "show drag icons". This then shows, small html, large htlm, and BBCode. The BBCode works on this site without modification. Just drag the BBCode symbol to the bottom and voila you have a photo inserted.
This of course works on any forum you frequent, blogs, etc. And the media bar allows you to favorite other media streams so you can be kept up to date with you friends and familes uploads.
Quite honestly the best browser I have used. Sure firefox has a ton of addons that do similar things, but this comes out of the box working like that...for free.
Flickr has a 200 photo limit for free accounts and few other restrictions (only 3 sets can be created, and a few hundred megs of bandwidth). Pro accounts are $25 for the year and have unlimited bandwidth and storage.
Not sure about photobucket as I only use it for Ebay stuff. I use google to stream icons to my blog so I don't use my personal bandwidth from my own site domains. And smugmug I never used to share images, it's purely for sales but it does have the same capabilities as photobucket and flock with more (and seemingly tedious) customization options.sigpic
