    hiking near Quebec City, QC

    Hi,

    I have a friend who is going to be in Quebec city (I beleve in mid to late may). Is there anyone "out there" who would have any suggestions for outing clubs in that area or hiking in the region, I can refer them to?

      Although I haven't done a lot of hiking in that neck of the woods, I have done some reading. Your friend has to see the Chutes Montmorency, but it's not a real park. Jacques Cartier park is supposed to have good hiking, though a bit out of the city. You'll find some info here. http://www.sepaq.com/

      Might also want to look into the Eastern Townships (also known as Estrie). Nice rolling hills and a ton of trails.
