Cliff and redfield (plus proposed new Cliff path)

The new path up Cliff is still waiting to be approved and is a pure bushwhack over a lot of blowdown, but I climbed it and attached the waypoints. Tracks in the TPO file are hand drawn, so don't trust them 100%.
