Yeah, i love my whisperlite and have problem solved just about everything on it, but the only idea i had on this was overfilling. Sounds like u have some type of pressure leak, i think returning the whole thing sounds like a great idea...

Well whatever it was, it is already being shipped back to me as a warranty repair. Should have it back later next week. Casade Designs moved fast.....Comment

Well, got it back today $37 charge. They did not tell me what was fixed and it is supposed to be lifetime warranty!Comment
