    New waterproofing technique?

I read about this in Popular Science. I wonder when/if it will be available and economically viable for our use.

I'm very skeptical about waterprrof-breathability claims.

I do have less condensation in so called "breathable" waterproof clothing than in pvc, but I've never found anything that had suffcient water vapor release capabilities to actually keep me dry inside when it was raining.

I've hiked in some MAJOR rainfalls in an LL Bean Gore-Tex raincoat and stayed dry and not been hot or sweaty

I'll wait to see what the reviews say when it hits the market then the clones will push down the price. Everyone knows Hawk to to cool to sweat.
