    Self Arrest

I saw this on another forum.

Here's a good video on how to self arrest.

A man needs to believe in something. I believe I'll go hiking.

"Choose a slope with no rocks sticking out..."

What they forgot to add is "If you do happen to pick a practice slope with rocks visibly sticking out, you're too stoopid to be climbing anything requiring an ice axe. Please stay home."

Thanks for posting this. It just about covers every possibility I could think of (but there's 3 more 'positions'?).

Ah, the Judge knows a little about arrest.
