I own a set of Tubbs Elevation series, and I don't see any difference. They do make a womens elevation series too but the only thing I see different is the color.

I was able to (with much help from a supergeek) to place them side by side in the same picture. The womens look narrower and more tapered in the rear. I will probably go to the store to make sure that my mens boots fit within the confines of a women's binding. It also looks like the women's has a lot less "toe room" than the mens.
