top of the line gortex suit...

So... if I were to get ahold of a gortex suit, made by EMS with XCR, do you think if I tried to sell it on ebay that people would bite? I need to make at least 75 bucks out of the thing, its never been used and well made, what are you opinions, is it worth putting up there?

Josh, do you mean pants and a jacket?

no dude, full suit one piece construction. Remeber those full length pajamas from when you were a kid... like that but with XCR instead of fluff. (and no padded booties. )

Or its like a union jack piece of long underware (or so i've heard the one piece long underware with adjescent poop hole called) minus the poop shoot in the back.

        Brand new??

I think I know exactly what suit you mean. I always notice it a EMS because its red and usually on display. Whats wierd is that I can't find it on the EMS website.

Here is a used gortex suit on ebay. I can't find any new ones. Maybe watch this one to see how it does.

I think you can put an item up on ebay and set a reserve price meaning you don't have to sell it for less than that price. Also I would include "pants" and "jacket" in the name somewhere because buyers may be searching for those and not a suit but will buy a suit if they stumble across one.

There are others here that know much more about ebay than I. Hopefully they will chime in too.

          WHAT!!...
No padded booties and minus the poop shoot?! Why would anybody want it without the padded booties and poop shoot!

but seriously...What size is it, and maybe you could get a taker here. I'd be interested if it fit, but I need a XXL...

            Wilderness,
I'll check the size for you. But I think it'll be too small for you.

            And fvrwld,
Yup that's it. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to sell it, (but am thinking about it anyway) EMS has closed my store with about 3 weeks notice (ask me how I feel about that... ) so we are clearing out alot of stuff and we can't sell the thing, so I might buy it from my boss, but I don't want it and no one else does, but I thought I might knew some people who would.

Anyway before I tried to sell it I thought I'd test the waters...

Now is the time to sell it, because it's more likely people will want that this time of the year. In a few months it will be clearance time for such winter items.
