I had a rough overnight climb of Allen, July 2-3. Lost a pair of sunglasses (cheapies - don't need them back), one green Oasis water bottle (old and used - don't need it back), one Teva sandal, kind of brownish yellow design, women's size 7 (I think). I am very ashamed at my inability to "leave no trace." The sandal is the only thing I would care to retrieve if someone finds it and picks it up. I think it must have fallen off the pack somewhere on the way out between Twin Brook and the gate on the private road. Thanks. Karen

sorry, we didn't have any luck in our search
We happened upon your post while searching for threads on Allen, but I'm sorry to report that we didn't come across any of your gear on our trip. If I had to guess, it may very well be in the midst of the overflowing berry patches that we encountered. We couldn't even see our own feet in there and have the scratches to prove it! Hopefully someone else will have better luck.
