In a week we have 70 members, and an active board. Lots of good vibes and quality posts. I want to thank all of you who've come aboard so early in adkforum's journey, without the mebership it would have been a VERY long week for me

I want to send a special thanks to mtgoat, who I knew previous on a computing forum, and who lives nowhere near the adks, for the time and expertise he's volunteered to share here on adkforum.com
Now, mind you, these 70 are through my own initial push on other hiking forums (getting the word out) and some members stopping by from 2 computing forums I frequent. This doesn't even include any internet referrals (yet), as it takes most search engines months to find, spider, and add sites to their databases.
