New adkforum issue reporting

Also, the multi-quote function doesn't seem to work. Even if you click on the "quote" button for multiple comments, it only shows the first one you selected in your reply.

EDIT: If I select multiple quotes and then scroll all the way back up to the "Post Reply" button at the top of the thread and click that, then all of the quotes do finally show up in the text box...

I do not see a way to report a post to the admin for review (potantial SPAM or TOS violation), has this been moved/changed?

Do you see three dots next to the like count box? Click on that.

When I click on the three dots, I only see the options to quote that post, and to edit it if it is my post.

Should be all set now. For some reason, the permissions did not carry over from the upgrade.

Suddenly I can see the super top secret admin/moderator-only forums. I don't think I'm supposed to be able to see these?

I was trying to edit my post in the "Other Places" sub forum, and it got flagged as spam. Maybe because I was making too many edits too often? I hate the WYSIWYG editor with a deep rooted, burning passion; trying to keep it from screwing with formatting is a real pain in the butt.

Yeah, because it's been flagged as spam. I can see it and I assume Admins can see it, but the message I got said it won't be visible to anyone else until an Admin approves it.

Gah. I tried to edit it again to fix the issue that I was trying to fix to begin with and it got flagged again. I give up.

EDIT: I attempted to duplicate it in this thread, but without any luck. I must've edited it 10+ times and it never got flagged as potential spam. Maybe the trip report got flagged because it had a lot of images?

I might try to replicate it again the next time I post a trip report with lots of photos to see.

You can go ahead and delete that "test post please ignore" thread.

EDIT #2: Well, I guess Edit #11 was the lucky one! I tried one last time and was able to get it to get flagged:

My trip report got flagged on Edit #3, though... which was frustrating as I was trying to deal with an issue with the WYSIWYG editor. I know that there is the "Source" button that lets you compose a post fully using the VBulletin code tags and that is what I use for writing most of my posts, but when you try to edit a post it defaults to the WYSIWYG editor and that inevitably screws with formatting. So a single typo means that a lot of my careful formatting gets thrown out of the window if I want to fix it.
