Which forum style do you use? Standard or ADK Forum Green?

I'm just curious to find out if anyone still uses the green forum style (which was our original forum style ported over when we upgraded to vbulletin 3).

In case you're wondering what I'm talking about...

    This is our default style

This is the original green style

This is the custom green style with larger fonts

To change your style back scroll to the last option on this page or look for the same settings/drop-down menu at the bottom of each forum page.

The blue style is easier for me to see. The green is just to dark and hurts my eyes.

That was originally why the newer blue style was kept as default, too many people like yourself having difficulties with the green. I personally like the feel/look of the green better, but understand completely why it may affect some member's vision.

I'm not looking to make any drastic changes, just need a "for the record" analysis of forum style usage.

I like the large text option so I don't have to strain my eyes to read but not with the dark green background. It would be easier on the eyes with the blue color theme as SkyClimber suggested and the larger font size.

          .
The green made it look more like an "Outdoor Site." If you were to change back to the green, on a regular basis, a suggestion would be a lighter green that wasn't so dark. It's just it strained the eyes more. Personally I am happier with the newer blue.

I use the original green. I like the "outdoor" feel of it, and, so far, it's not hurting my eyes. Having options is a nice thing!

I use green and I'm happy with it. I also use the larger print size, but wonder if there are other size options.

I don't mind you changing back to the green as long as you keep the blue as an option.

Leather. Otherwise blue. Cannot read the green without my goggles.

Green with LARGE PRINT - the larger the better!!!! Not sure how it would look with goggles, leather and whatever else.

Are you pushing new skins onto the site?

I use the green because it differentiates from VFTT. Im sure im not the only one.

I prefer the green for the same reasons everyone else has stated, but I use the blue. To me, the blue is too "sterile" and generic, but I use it because it's easier to see the "new posts" in each topic group. The little bulletin board's are easier to distinguish than the olive vs. pea green check mark thingy. I too find the green theme colors a little harder on the eyes after seeing it again, perhaps softer greens with different text to background contrasts and I'd go back in a flash!

I like the old boring blue color, it's easy to read. Green and yellow is too bright and hurts my old eyeballs.

I use the blue, but only because I never knew of any other colors. Now it chaged to green after clicking on that link. I think ill keep it this way for awhile and see how things go.

I look for "readability" above all.
