    Where?

Where do we post something that is not directly Adirondack or outdoor related?

I just had most of a cut down Black Cherry Tree dropped off here to use for our fires in the future. However, i need someone with a chain saw to give me a hand cutting it up into manageable pieces so I can cover it and let it season for next year, then we can split it and use it for gatherings.

There is no "category" that it fits in currently.

Just a thought, the recent problems that brought about the changes had nothing to do with the old "RGC" section. They were in the gear and the wildlife sections.

We need an all purpose category, even if we restrict it's content. The classifieds are also gone.

Ah Hawk, "Can we get the RGC back?" I have to admit, I liked it! Just exclude the Politics from it!

Seems to me we now DO have RGC back -- and after all that!

On the other hand, the cherry tree presumably was from the Adirondack outdoors, that should count!

On the other hand, cutting down cherry trees could lead to a discussion of early American US presidential politics...
