This reminds me of a story I heard a long time ago.

Two guys were working on telephone lines in the desert when one of them got bit by a snake while relieving himself. This was before cellular phones were common use so the other guy climbs up the pole and connects his handset to call the hospital.

"Doc, my colleague just got bit between the legs by a poisonous snake. What should I do?"

"Well you have to apply a tourniquet then you have to suck on the bite to vacuum out the venom and bring him to the closest emergency room"

        "OK Doc thanks!"

The guy disconnects his handset, climbs down the pole and walks to his co-worker.

"So what did the doctor say?" said the injured guy.

"The doctor said you're going to die my friend."
