Just wondering , what is the Uber driver supposed to do ?

In these days of Lawyers taking on frivolous lawsuits and jury's giving out obscene awards, the Uber driver should have covered his ass.

Well , I asked one of the posters on the thread if he knew for sure if the driver did or did not contact the authorities , because somehow they were able to trace the individual to using a ride share vehicle . The question went unanswered for weeks so I deleted it to not put the poster on the spot , and I thought , it's really none of my business .

I really question whether this thread shouldn't be deleted , out of respect to the person's privacy .

It was in the ranger report. And my original post was about a jet sled being pulled behind a pick-up truck, so it kinda morphed a little...It was a dead thread for quite a while until electbc resurrected it.
