New rifle in the rack

I think I got this gun rack looking the way I want it

I just added a 1936 Marlin ( on top ) and it really looks like
it likes its new home .

Yep heard some good things about those eraser tip bullets , never tried them though. If I want pointy bullets theres a win 88 in .308 ready to go.

Guilty as charged , that 1894 at the bottom with the saddle ring sling , is were I got my 1894 username

I was going to ask if you like lever guns..., my next purchase will be a used lever, but first somebody has to show me how to clean that ancient but popular mechanism... I sighted in my 270 this morning.

Nice Rack!
I think you would like that Hornady ammo. I started using it last year in my Marlin 30/30 and I love it. Definetly a improvement over the round tips.

I'm happy to hear some positives on the pointy bullits for the tubulars. I plan to resight in with those this year.

The resurrected





My 94 Winchester that I got from my Great Uncle. Shot my first 6 or so deer with it and put it into retirement until last year. Put fiber optic sites on for those low light conditions in the heavy brush. Now for those pointy new bullets and

The Marlins allow for cleaning from the back. Tends to be better for the crown.
