Elizabethtown Number 4

Does the peak a little less than a mile NE of Spotted, called Elizabethtown Number 4 on some maps, have a name? For the record, No. 3 is Bald, No. 2 is Iron, and No. 1 is Knob Lock. Also, is there an Elizabethtown Number 5? Finally, how did these peaks get these names? There are many other similarly named peaks, such as Ausable No. 4, etc.

They were the survey stations in years past. E-Town #4 was the 4th survey station for the E-town quad. No other name that I'm aware of.
