Crow Clearing access in winter ?

Is crow clearing plowed in winter ?

I don't think so. On the way up the road you will see a plow turn-spot and it's posted as such. This is probably as far as they plow.

No - but it's not far from the plow turn-around to there. About 1/4 mile I'd guess.

As I recall, some of the road is posted as NO PARKING. If you can't legally park somewhere along the road, it might be a good idea to come with a Plan B hike.

There are signs forbidding parking in the snowplow turnaround. You might be able to find a place along the road below there though.

That road does not have a wide shoulder, so there are not many places to park further down the road. The snowplow turnaround is sort of tear drop shaped, and traditionally people squeeze in a couple cars in its tapered downhill end, furthest from the "No Parking" signs. But most people only do this on days when it's not snowing nor likely to snow, so there is less worry of a plow coming up and needing to turn around.
