Buying Kayak?

I'm looking to buy a Dagger Axis 12 kayak in the next two weeks. Who around Western NY has the best prices? I don't really want to pay MSRP for a kayak.

I just did a google search, and see that they're on sale at LLBean - not sure what shipping would be on it though.

Wow, that's a killer price. More than $100 less than any dealer in NY. I wonder if they LL Bean in Victor has one in stock. I'm going to have to call now.

All paddling stuff is on sale this week at LL Bean. I'm picking up a second paddle (they have a small shaft carbon Aquabound Sting-Ray) for 20% off.

Now if only you were able to get commission on that sale. Too bad the Victor location isn't open yet.

I'll order it online tomorrow after I make a bank deposit. For $811 to my door I can't complain!

I did. They are selling them for $895 + tax, so $967 out the door. I can get it from LL Bean for $732 out the door and delivered to my house.
