Cheney Pond and Boreas River

We explored the Boreas for the first time yesterday. What a gem. The water levels were perfect IMO.

Not bad. I wouldn't take a regular car down it but my Honda Ridgeline was just fine with it.

Not bad at all. Some initially at the put-in but nothing bothersome on the water. We ate lunch on one of the sand bars in total peace.

Did this years ago from Cheney to the Minerva Rd (28n) Caught some nice fish at the ols Lester Flow dam and found some interesting things from an old logging camp not far from there

Glad to hear that the two of you enjoyed the trip. I see in the pics and the video that the water level was pretty high, I hope the current was manageable.

I second that. I wouldn't take a regular car down it. I walked it. I think it only took like 15 mins.
