spider webs

Can't find the topic on here so sorry if it has already been asked recently: I am seeing several 2 foot circumference circular spider webs on my property in Horicon. My assumption is a Darwin's Bark spider but I only know of their webs being much larger. Are they in the ADKs? Could this be what these huge webs are? (they look like they are fake halloween decorations)
