Road to Madawaska closed

I went to drive to Madawaska Flow yesterday and discovered that the logging road was closed by the landowner. DEC is trying to resolve the situation.

We were there recently & the carry is inaccessible using wheels- there are several downed trees and the water is really low.

Now that I think of it, the water is navigable, but the distance getting to it is greater due to low water-

I have not paddled Quebec Brook upstream from Blue Mountain Road, but there are rapids a few miles below Madwawaska. So some carrying is necessary. I checked with DEC recently, and the access road was still closed.
